Early withdrawal request, transfer time according to the rules below.
■How to apply for withdrawal request.
①Tap "My Page(マイページ)" on the bottom.
②Tap "Payroll Management(給与管理)”
③Tap "withdrawal request (早期引出)"
④Enter the amount to be withdrawn.
⑤ Tap the "request for transfer(振込申請)".
*A transfer fee of 550 yen will be charged.
■Transfer time after request.
Please check your registered bank account.
It may take time for the transfer to be completed. If the payment cannot be confirmed after 24 hours, please contact us using the contact form below.
If you have not receive the transfer, the following factors may be the cause.
■Delayed reflection by your bank account.
Depending on the bank you use, there may be a delay in the transfer being reflected.
Please check again later or next day.
■Incorrect account information.
If you are withdrawal page displayed error message, your registered account information is incorrect and you will not be receive the transfer until fix your bank details.

Account error No account (●勘定系エラー 口座なし)
Account Error N/A (●勘定系エラー 該当なし)
Account error No transaction (●勘定系エラー 取引なし)
Account error: Transaction not possible (●勘定系エラー 取引不能口座)
Account error Financial institution name error (●勘定系エラー 金融機関名エラー)
Account error Financial institution code error (●勘定系エラー 金融機関コードエラー)
Existence of payee branch code Check error (●振込先支店コード存在 チェックエラー)
Please confirm that the bank name, branch code, branch name, and account number are correct.
Please fix the account details by following below.

■How to change bank account information.
①Tap "My Page(マイページ)" on the bottom.
②Tap "Change transfer account(振込口座の変更)".
③Check and change bank details, including the name of the bank and the name of the branch etc.
*When account name is not correct, please change "furigana" in "Basic Information" from personal information.
④Reply to the e-mail that you have fixed bank details.
*If you want to register an account with SBI Shinsei Bank, please enter "Shinsei(新生)" in the search bar.
■When your bank account name and name on your app doesn't match.
Please go to the app to change your name, same as your bank account name.

④基本情報（Kihonjyouhou）
⑤名前（Namae）
⑥フリガナ（Furigana）
※フリガナ（Furigana）has to be match with your bank account name.
