The following below are possible reasons for not approved.
*If the registered photo(image) is not correct or inappropriate, the application will be rejected and you will need to re-register.
*Many cases where applications have been rejected due to some reasons with the registered photo(images). Please read the following below before registering.
■Please note the following taking the photo
Please make sure：
That take the photo in a bright place.
That your face, ID are in focus.
That your face is not hidden by a hat, mask, etc.
That there are no irrelevant objects in the picture.
If the camera does not open(work), access to the camera setting from the application may not be allowed.
Please make sure that access to the camera from the Caitech app is allowed from the settings of your phone.
■Note that register photo(images)
The following is a list of note regarding photo(images) to be registered. If any of the following items apply to the image you have registered, your application may be rejected.
【Profile photo】
・The photo(images) is not clear.
・The face is partially hidden by a mask, hat, etc.
・The face is not in the photo(images).
・The part of face is too small (we recommend that the photo(images) be taken only from the neck up).
・The photo(images) has edit or filter.
・The face is not right way.
【Sample】
■ID and License
・The photo was taken from an angle.
・The photo(images), that is not see whole ID or license.
・The photo(images) cannot be read due to the light etc.
・The information which is necessary for authentication cannot be read.
・The photo(images) has edit or filter.
・That there are no irrelevant objects in the picture.
・The license is suspect to fake.
・The information is clearly different from your basic profile information.
*If your ID card has your maiden name, please contact us via using the Contact form.
*You could register, if your license is maiden name.
*If there is any information on your ID or license that differs from your account information, please contact us via contact form.
・The certificate of acceptance is not allowed register.

*The license of "介護福祉士 or 社会福祉士" require an image of the registration photo(image). *1
