Caitech withholding tax certificates are issue on a payroll date basis.
● Withholding tax certificates issue on every year on the January 5th.
└For fiscal year 2023: For work completed in December 2022 to November 2023
For the work completed in December 2023 (payroll date on the end of January 2024), Certificate of Withholding Tax will be issued based on the payroll date, regardless of whether you have applied for Early withdrawal request or not.
■When can be doweled withholding tax certificates（Gensen cho-syu hyou）
The Certificate of withholding tax certificates（Gensen cho-syu hyou）at that time can be downloaded from the application at any time after complete job.
Example: A job whose complete on January 7, 2024 will be reflected in the Gensen Choshuhyo in your app
■How to download (or check) the withholding tax certificates（Gensen cho-syu hyou）
①Log in to the application.
②Tap "My Page「マイページ」" on the bottom menu.
③Tap "Settings「設定」" on "My Page「マイページ」"
④Tap "Issue Withholding Tax Certificate「源泉徴収票の発行」"
⑤Check or download each the withholding tax certificates（Gensen cho-syu hyou）.
■If you need withholding tax certificates（Gensen cho-syu hyou）by some reasons before January 5th.

■When your account has been locked
When your account has been locked, you will not be able to access the app therefore, we will send a withholding tax certificates（Gensen cho-syu hyou） to your registered e-mail address within 2-3 weeks.
