※Please make sure that your account information is correct.
①Tap "My Page(マイページ)" on the bottom.
②Tap "Change transfer account(振込口座の変更)".
③Check and change bank details, including the name of the bank and the name of the branch etc.
*When account name is not correct, please change "furigana" in "Basic Information" from personal information.
④Reply to the e-mail that you have fixed bank details.
"The account name is automatically reflected on bank account name. If there is different between your account name and bank account name, you will need to change your account name (furigana).

If you are having a Japan Post Bank account（ゆうちょ銀行）, you will need to provide the "Branch Name, Deposit Type, and Account Number" for transfers, which is different from the account number.
You can find the information by the "account symbol/number" on the official Japan Post Bank account（ゆうちょ銀行）website.
If you have an account with SBI Shinsei Bank, please enter "Shinsei（新生）" in the search bar.
