【How to rate a company】
(1) Log in to the application
(2) Tap the "Job Management（仕事管理）" page on the bottom.
(3) Tap the "Unrated（未評価）" , and tap the job which you want to rate.
(4) Tap the "Rate（評価する）"on the "Job Summary" page to rate.
