As a general rule, it is prohibited to cancel after your work confirmed, However, you can cancel work if you are sick or have any other reason.
If you cancel work at the last minute before start work, you may be compensation for damages.
【How to apply cancellation request】
If your cancellation request time is within 7 days of your work start time, please be sure to call the company. If we find out that you have cancelled work by only sending a cancellation request or a message without calling to company, we have to consider about account locked.
(1) Log in to the application than tap "Manage Tasks（仕事管理）" on the bottom..
(2) Select the "Work Schedule（勤務予定）, and tap the date of your work, Tap the job you want to cancel to.
(3) Apply for a cancellation request. tap "Cancel （キャンセル）.
(4) Select the "reason for cancellation（キャンセル理由の選択）" and "Provide cancellation details（キャンセル詳細の記載）" and submit the cancellation request.
Please provide a specific reason for the cancellation and a word of apology in the "Provide cancellation details（キャンセル詳細の記載）than "Tap "Cancel Job（仕事をキャンセルする）" in the menu.
(5) After reading the cancellation policy, tap "Confirm and Next（確認して次へ）"

(6) Make sure emergency contact information are different each time.
*This will only be displayed if the cancellation request time is within 7 days of your work start time.
Please make sure the name and phone number of the person in charge.
(7) Call the company by phone
*Only if the cancellation request time is within 7 days of your work start time, you need to call the company by phone.
Select "Call（電話をする）" to call to the phone number of the person in charge.
If you could not reach to the company by phone number listed of the emergency contact, please do not press the "Call（電話をする）" but call directly from your phone.
If no phone number on the list, please select the "Call（電話をする）" to reach to company.
If your call could not reach company out, please be sure to change the time or otherwise contact us until your call is connected.
(8)After complete the phone call,
please tick the check box "The person in charge has given confirmed for the cancellation.（担当者に電話が繋がりキャンセルの承諾を得た）"
After tick the check box, select "Complete cancel（キャンセル完了）".
(10) Make sure that the work status has been changed on the "Awaiting Cancellation Approval list（キャンセル承認待ち）"
【About credit Score reduce for Cancellation】
Credit scores will be reduced based on the timing of cancellation.
Please note that your credit score will be reduced whenever you cancel.
within 3 days of your work start time: -1 point
within 1 days of your work start time: -3 points
within 6 hours of your work start time: -4 points
Cancellation less than 6 hours to last minute: -5 points
No-show / No-call: Immediately your account locked.
If your credit score reaches 0 points, your all scheduled work will be cancelled automatically and will not apply any job for temporally.
