Congratulations for confirmed your first job!
This FAQ is a summary of checkpoints before your first job.
Please take a look at this to avoid any worries when you start your first job.

■Things to check before the day your first job.
(1) Send a greeting message to the company after your first job is confirmed.

Please note that the company may not be able to reply to your message soon, If you do not receive a reply after sending a greeting message, please do not worry.

(2) Check the location of your work company with the Goggle map.
Please check the location of the your work company so that you do not get lost on the day.
In the worst case that you get lost on the day (when you are running late), please call the company emergency contact number. (If you cannot reach out company, contact us via using the contact form below.)
(3)Cancellation after the your job has been confirmed
As a general rule, cancellations after a job has been confirmed are prohibited.
If you have to cancel which job is within one week, please call to company by phone than apply Cancel request.

*Your credit score will be reduce if you cancel after your work has been confirmed.
■What you need to do on the day.
(1) Scan the QR code.
Please scan the QR code when you arrive at the company on the day.

If the QR Code cannot be scanned or failed.
If you are unable to scan the QR code but you can start work without scaning the QR code but After the work, you will need to submit an "Kintaihenkou shinsei(勤怠変更申請)" to confirm your actual work ours.
If the QR Code cannot be scanned on the day, on the screen will be displayed to the No-show alert screen and you will not be able to use the app.

・If you were late (or if you work overtime(start work before scheduled time)
Please scan the QR code as soon as you arrive at the company.
After the work, you will need to submit an "Kintaihenkou shinsei(勤怠変更申請)" to confirm your actual work ours.
Please note that any overtime(start work before scheduled time) without permission from the company manager will not be allowed.

Please note that payroll for late work will not be reflected temporarily until the "Kintaihenkou shinsei(勤怠変更申請)" is approved by the company.
If the "Kintaihenkou shinsei(勤怠変更申請)" is not approved after a few days, please contact the company via chat message.
■What you need to do after the work.
(1) Rate of the company.
Please rate the company you worked for.
Once you have completed the rate, it cannot be fix, so please be sure to check the rate before you complete it.

If your rate is not complete from company after a few days your work, please contact the company via chat message.
■Others
(1) Withdrawal request before pay day.
If you need to withdraw your salary before pay day, we will transfer your salary to your bank account within 24 hours after your request.

If you do not request for withdrawal before pay day, your salary will be transferred to your bank account at the end of month (closing at the end of the month, payment at the end of the following month)
(2) Credit Score reached 0pt
When your credit score reached 0pt due to cancellation, it will be automatically cancel your confirmed work and not allowed to apply any job for temporally but the credit score will recovery after a certain period of time.
In the case of Corona-related cancellations or cancellations reasons by company, we may cancel without any penalties or recover your credit score.
(3) No-call, No-shows
As a general rule, cancellations after a job has been confirmed are prohibited. If you have to cancel which job is within one week, please call to company by phone than apply Cancel request.
In the worst case that you are no-shows up for work without a phone call, your account will be locked and All confirmed work will be cancelled.
Once your account has been locked. you will not be able to unlocked to your account unless there are unavoidable circumstances.

(4) Scan the QR code when you leaving from work.
If you can not scan the QR code when you leaving from work, on the screen will be displayed after 15 minutes. "Leave Work(退勤する)" or "Kintaihenkou shinsei(勤怠変更申請)"
