(2) Tap "Message（メッセージ）" on the bottom menu.
(3) Tap the company you want to send a message to.
(4) Tap "↑" to send the message after create a message..
You cannot send a message to a company before a job is confirmed. You can send a message to companies where you have worked in the past.
